Booking conditions and cancellation policy

Important Notes:

• You will be able to book tickets in blocks of 20 units, for more units, you can create a new booking or send an email to info@ece-valencia2022.eu.
• Before 1 July 2022 you must access your private area of the website to enter the final names of the attendees (see cancellation policy).
• You will receive your entrance badge with your QR code from 11 September.
• Name changes can be made until 10 September (see cancellation policy)
